How do I get the most out of my Mac battery?

There are two simple ways you can preserve battery life, no matter how you use your device:

– Adjust your screen brightness and use Wi‑Fi.

– Dim the screen or turn on Auto-Brightness to extend battery life. To dim, open Control Centre and drag the Brightness slider to the bottom.

Why does my Mac run out of battery so fast?

Your battery might drain fast when you’re working on your Mac because, for one reason or another, you are running too many apps at the same time.

 

How can I make my laptop battery last longer?

Use battery saver

Select Start>Settings>System>Power and battery to activate.

If you want the battery saver to turn on whenever the battery falls below a certain level, select Battery saver, then choose the battery level you would like.

 

How many times should you charge your laptop a day?

Do not keep it plugged in 24/7

Keeping the charge between 50-80% is ideal.
